What I do

Counselling is about lots of different things to lots of different people. My focus in counselling is around:

Drawing from various counselling methods and theories to meet your unique needs and circumstances.

Supporting Meaning-Making and Purpose

Working with you to explore life’s big questions, personal values, and helping you develop new perspectives.

Facilitating Self-Exploration and Awareness

Helping you to explore your feelings, values, and behavioural patterns in order to develop a deeper understanding of what makes you tick.

Empowering Personal Choice and Responsibility

Helping to recognise your freedom to choose your reactions and responses and take ownership of your path forward.
