The truth is, we can all find things difficult sometimes. Especially in these extraordinary times.


Counselling can help you explore the things happening around you in the world, and within yourself.
It can help you gain perspective and move forward in your life. Sometimes, gaining insight into thoughts, feelings or relationships can help us feel better about them.

Why counselling?

There are many reasons why you might want to come for counselling. When we meet, it is fine for you to talk about anything you like. Counselling gives you a safe environment to think and talk about the things which have been troubling you. In turn, this can help you gain new insight, and understanding of yourself.  ​

You may want to come to counselling because:
​
  • You want to improve your self-esteem. 
  • You may be feeling depressed.
  • You might be feeling stuck in an unhealthy relationship or situation.
  • You want to understand yourself better, and to have greater knowledge of how you 'work'.
  • You may be experiencing loss or bereavement.
  • You may be experiencing difficulty in relationships.
  • You have suffered trauma.

In reality, there may be any number of reasons why you want to come for counselling.

My job is to really listen to you, hear what you have to say, and help you gain a new perspective so that you can move forward in a way that means you can meet your full potential.
